Senator Noland is fighting to bring jobs and economic growth back to Illinois with tools like Small Business Job Creation Tax Credits “Small Business Job Creation Tax Credits” and expansion of the “green collar” jobs sector. Noland supported the Illinois Jobs Now! program, the capital construction program to help get people to work repairing infrastructure throughout Illinois. He introduced a bill that would prevent companies that outsource jobs from receiving contracts with state and local governments.
There is much more work to be done to boost employment rates. He supports measures to strengthen job training programs, support small businesses, and develop our workforce and infrastructure to adapt to the changing economy.
